Application Assistance at Livingston Community Health
Livingston Community Health is proud to help our patients gain access to health services. We offer free education and application assistance for the following programs:
Medi-Cal is a public health insurance program, which provides necessary health care services for low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, foster care, and pregnant women. Due to the expansion of Medi-Cal, adults between the ages of 19 and 64, who are not pregnant and not enrolled in MediCare, are newly eligible for Medi-Cal coverage.

Standard benefits specified by Covered California allow you to make informed decisions about what health insurance plan best satisfies your needs and fits your budget.
Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP)
CHDP is a preventive healthcare program available to low-income families that provides free health check-ups for children between the ages of 0 and 19.
Family PACT (Planning, Access, Care, and Treatment)
Family PACT provides no-cost birth control methods for men and women.
Cancer Detection Program: Every Woman Counts (CDP: EWC)
CDP: EWC provides free clinical breast and cervical exams, such as mammograms, pelvic exams, and Pap tests to uninsured and underinsured women. Women must be 40+ years of age for Breast Services or 21+ years of age for Cervical Services.
Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP)
BCCTP provides treatment for individuals that have been diagnosed with either breast and/or cervical cancer.
Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program
A sliding fee scale is available for self-pay patients based on family size and income.
